Several weeks ago I contacted your dealership regarding a noise coming from the rear end of my 2007 Subaru Impreza. We started our vacation and when we reached Maine it was obvious that the Impreza needed attention. Dear Mr. McElman,
I am writing to express how pleased we are to have done business with Bath Subaru, and how we are particularly pleased to have worked with your sales representative Bob Crane.

When we were shopping, my wife and I traveled extensively around the state to find a car that would best meet our needs. We uncovered quite a few vehicles that would have worked for us, but felt the dealerships and salespeople we were dealing with were too abrupt. Our car shopping experience at Bath Subaru, on the other hand, was so good it became "the bar" to which other dealerships needed to reach in order to receive our business. No one came close!

I have bought many cars from many dealerships, but have never felt as confident as I did when my wife and I purchased through Bob Crane. Price negotiations never got heated and Bob was quick to thoroughly explain any confusion we may have had during the purchasing process.
